The equipment is not sold as new and may show signs of age, previous installation and normal wear. Its age, condition, operating history and remaining useful life cannot be guaranteed. The buyer acknowledges all specific defects, missing components and condition issues disclosed in this listing, the photographs, inspection report or quotation.

RSA Solar Supplier provides no additional equipment guarantee or voluntary warranty on this pre-owned equipment. Any remaining manufacturer’s warranty applies only if expressly stated, confirmed by the manufacturer and legally transferable to the buyer.

Any testing or inspection reflects only the equipment’s apparent condition at the time it was performed. It does not guarantee future performance, battery capacity, battery lifespan, solar production, compatibility with other equipment or freedom from hidden defects.

The buyer must satisfy themselves that the equipment is suitable for their property, electrical supply and intended use. System performance may be affected by installation conditions, electricity consumption, shading, weather, equipment configuration and battery condition.

For safety, verification and compliance purposes, removal and reinstallation must be performed by an RSA Solar Supplier-appointed installer. Removal, transport, installation, replacement components, additional materials, electrical alterations, municipal applications and a Certificate of Compliance are excluded from the advertised equipment price unless expressly included in writing.

Any installation workmanship warranty applies only to the newly performed installation work and does not constitute a warranty on the pre-owned equipment itself.

The sale remains subject to equipment availability, proof of ownership, serial-number verification, final inspection and acceptance of a written quotation. RSA Solar Supplier will not be responsible for representations made by the private owner that were not independently confirmed and included in writing by RSA Solar Supplier.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any right or liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
