Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery Area RSA Solar Supplier (Pty) Ltd delivers nationally within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping. 2. Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on stock availability and delivery location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control. 3. Courier Services Orders are dispatched using our appointed courier service providers. For operational and warehouse security reasons, customers may not arrange their own courier collections. 4. Risk and Responsibility In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, risk in the goods remains with RSA Solar Supplier (Pty) Ltd until the goods have been delivered to the customer at the specified delivery address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone authorised is available at the delivery address to receive the goods. 5. Inspection Upon Delivery Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted with the courier at the time of delivery and reported to us within 24 hours. 6. Insurance Orders are shipped without additional transit insurance unless specifically requested in writing prior to dispatch. Any additional insurance costs will be for the customer’s account. 7.
