All known defects, missing components and condition issues will be disclosed in the listing, photographs, inspection report or quotation.

RSA Solar Supplier provides no additional voluntary warranty on pre-owned equipment. Any remaining manufacturer’s warranty applies only where expressly stated and confirmed by the manufacturer as valid and transferable.

Any inspection or testing reflects only the equipment’s apparent condition at the time it was performed. It does not guarantee future performance, battery capacity, battery lifespan, compatibility with other equipment or freedom from hidden defects.

The buyer must satisfy themselves that the equipment is compatible with their inverter, battery-management system, electrical installation and intended use.

Once a buyer has been secured, the battery must be delivered to RSA Solar Supplier or an approved location for inspection and testing. After it passes inspection, the buyer must collect it from the approved collection point and complete the Buyer Collection and Acceptance Record.

Delivery, installation, additional components, electrical alterations and a Certificate of Compliance are excluded unless included in a separate written quotation or agreement.

The sale remains subject to availability, proof of ownership, serial-number verification, cleared payment, final inspection and signed collection and acceptance documentation.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any right or liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
